I am a Spanish Pharmacy student and I have recently completed an internship at Cardiff University within Oliver Castell’s research group.

It was the first time I collaborated on a research project and I consider it as an enriching experience.

On the one hand, the internship provided me a scientific training in a foreign language. On the other hand, I came into contact with a new way of working, where my independence and creativity were developed. Moreover, the research into something new, not previously investigated by too many researchers, gave me the chance to create my own method and protocol, which I find to be very challenging and rewarding.

For all these reasons, I am very pleased, professionally and personally speaking, with my internship in Cardiff University. Highly recommended!
